If the customer places a special order (a product that is not in UMA’s current product range), the total sales price must be paid in advance.
It is at UMA’s sole discretion to decide whether to process the order.
UMA offers a reservation service of 30 days for products without charge under the condition that the customer pays 100% of the total sales value in advance. After 30 days, a fee of 5% will be applied for every additional week that the product is being stored. If the product has not been picked up after two months, the
product will be released back to the shop and 70% of the total sale value will be returned to the customer.
If cancelling a product that has not been delivered, a fee of 5% per week will be applied from the 3rd week of storing.

UMA provides Free Home Delivery when you make a purchase of at least VND 2.500.000. This only applies if your delivery address is within 15km from UMA store. If you live further away, please contact our webshop hotline : 0903 654 348 / 0901 450 588 for more information.
To change the delivery time and date, you must call the UMA Webshop Hotline : 0903 654 348 / 0901 450 588, a minimum of 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
UMA will attempt to meet your request of delivery time, but we reserve the right to schedule a delivery at the convenience of the UMA Delivery Service.
If the customer is not entirely satisfied with the purchase, the customer may return the product to the shop of purchase within 3 days of the transaction, as long as they have a receipt and Delivery Note. Please note that the following conditions apply:

• Goods cannot be in used or damaged condition.
